That is how calculated I am buying into in-vogue phenomenon and euphoria. Don't get me wrong I am not a traditionalist or anything like that. I bought one of these so called digitally compliant TVs recently. Mind you in case you haven't heard especially in the Isles of the United Kingdom analogue TVs are being phased out. The best TV money can buy in the UK now are those with the tick of approval that says Digital. Consequently there is a glut of analouge TVs on the market. And yes the latest craze (excuse my diction) LCD flat panels cum plasmas, SDTVs, HDTVs, and EDTVs have also caused a glut of Tubes and DLPs. Back to my digital receiver. It was fabulous when I first installed it but after awhile some channels were getting scrambled or simply became unavailable. The United States refrained from recognizing Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Sunday as the winner in Iran's presidential elections, with US Vice President Joe Biden voicing doubts about the outcome. The mother of the first sextuplets to be born in the UK for more than a quarter of a century says she ignored medical advice and put her faith in God over the births. Nuala Conway, 26, from Dunamore in Co Tyrone, was warned about the high risks of carrying six foetuses and was advised to abort several of them at 14 weeks. But she and her husband Austin explained how they refused to allow doctors to intervene. Just as I was about to send this article to press, I was hit by the sad, sad news of the loss of 6 lives belonging to Fountain Gate Chapel, 2 of them Rev. Eastwood's children. My heart goes out to the families and especially to Rev. & Mrs. Anaba. There is no doubt Ekua Kwansema is a seasoned and prolific writer.
